Excellent host communications. Quiet, private village location. Easy on-street parking. Short walk to local attractions (Hepburn Springs baths / pubs / restaurants / cafes / walks). Short drive to Daylesford. Suitable for a couple, or a couple with a kid in the second bedroom. If we were sharing with a second couple I don't think we would have thought it was set up quite right for that because of the lounge room and dining room layouts/seating arrangements. The kitchen was basic but functional for simple meals. We appreciated the knives being sharp. A bottle of fizz was a nice touch from the owners.

Every facility we needed was provided. Full kitchen, heating, wood fire. Lots of hot water, smart TV. It was a lovely furnished, cosy cottage & very comfortable. The host Anthony was welcoming. Simple clear communications and instructions. Great location.
