The whole house was fanastic. Great views, quiet location. Plenty of wildlife and close to everything you need. The house was warm and with the special addition of a wood fire.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Very close to the town centre and the Springs. The setting was peaceful and perfect for unwinding, and little touches like the welcome gift, quality toiletries, and the cozy furnishings—really made it feel special. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was easy. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Very well equipped kitchen. Overall very clean. Heating options around various areas of the house was more than adequate. Strong Wifi. Option to enjoy Netflix a big plus. The family room was cosy provide a comfortable get together after dinner. Beds in all three bedrooms were comfortable.

A beautiful spot in the heart of Hepburn Springs - but it feels like you're a million miles away. Cosy warm and well appointed. Very clear communication with the owner who recommended things to do and imparted local knowledge via text.

The homely feel of every room, Geoff's flexibility and helpfulness, and all the amenities one could possibly need. Especially loved watching the kangaroos out in the paddock of the adjoining property.
