“A quiet refreshment near Helsingør”

The owner was very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Well cleaned room and possibility of parking right in front of it. Good breakfast prepared by her and she also recommended us a good place to dine in town. The size of the bathroom and the supplies in the kitchen were also more than good. In summary, a great place to rest peacefully after the trip's fatigue.

Very quiet green surroundings outside of the town with a view at cereal grass fields. Rude interior but very wellkept. Sufficient equipment including fridge. Decent internet connectivity. Friendly staff who are owners of the venue, so they care for guests' opinion. For instance we were allowed to the room earlier then guaranteed in the advertisement.

“Good choice for a short stay when travelling around North Sealand or to Sweden”

The location is perfect when travelling around North Sealand. I appreciated that the owners set up a sign near the road so people know where to turn to get to the venue, this is very thoughtful. The room is well-kept and well cared for, with high-quality materials, furniture and cleanliness. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle and coffee machine (plus good coffee and coffee filters). There's a nice small patio/terrace in front of the room with the view of the meadow. The location is really quiet, and secluded and the air is really clean. Good choice for a short stay or when travelling across different places in Denmark.

Very nice location with lovely view of the field in front of the apartment. It's small, but it's very clean and very well equipped, so it has all you need. There are multiple BBQ's available for guests to use.

The location was fine for our needs. Dogs allowed. And in the countryside with possibility of walking the dog right outside the door. Parking right outside the room. Close to our family. The room has all you need. Quite large, nice bathroom.

The host is nice and have everthing for us except Hair Dryer.

Great kitchen with utensils and tea with kettle. Nice, clean, spacious bathroom and good size beds. Generally the place looks cared after, with quality materials and it appears fairly recent. We did not use the BBQ provided, bit it too appeared useable and welcoming.

The treatment dealt to us by the owner of Roselund Bed and Breakfast was quite rude, dissapointing and shocking to us. We booked the twin room and had our kids aged 6 and 9 together with us. The property policy states that children of any age are welcome. On our checkin date, the owner barged into our room without any manners, 3 times at night and said that we need to pay extra money as we were 4 persons. When I told her that we booked it through Booking.com and it was allowed to fit in our kids if we can adjust , she mentioned that is not correct. The property policy clearly states that children of any age are welcome. Our kids were very scared of her behaviour and was crying at night.
