“Harbourside Hotel”

Very good location next to the port and railway station. The hotel parking was full but the parking app enabled us to book a space in another car park which was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The app map directed us exactly to the correct parking area. Kind lady in reception got us an early check-in (small extra charge). The room was on the 4th floor. Compact, clean and comfortable. TV, safe, iron and ironing board in the room. The bathroom with shower was spotless with lovely fresh towels. Our window over-looked the fascinating incoming/outgoing 24 hour a day ferries, but you couldn't hear a sound because of the excellent soundproofing. Very comfortable beds and fresh smelling sheets. No minibar in the room but there's a fridge with snacks and soft drinks in the reception. Breakfast was outstanding, lots to choose from, fresh and delicious. You book your breakfast time via a QR code. This is a great idea as you can see the busy times, and avoid the rush at 08:00! Amazing relax area on floor 12, allows for a great view of the town, harbour and Helsingør. Kitted out with a sauna, shower, lounge chairs, hammocks, massage chair and a telescope. It's very relaxing to sit and watch the maritime traffic! It's a perfect location on the harbour with only a 5 minute walk in to the town with it's many restaurants and shops, a castle and parks.

This hotel was truly excellent in almost every way. The only minor drawbacks were that there was no refrigerator or coffee machine in the room, and the air conditioning was a bit weak. I later found out that coffee was available downstairs, so that was not a major issue. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding. The view was fantastic, the rooftop area was one of the highlights of my stay, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to assist whenever needed. The location was also superb and made it very easy to get around. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in over the past few months. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

“Couldn’t Have Asked for More”

I loved every minute of the stay. Great room with a fantastic view and lovely bathroom, breakfast variety, staff who will do an extra mile. My highlight was the realx area with sauna and massage bed - perfect way to unwind after a hectic day watching the sun sink into the water and having your body and mind pampered. Definitely reccommend!

Very nice rooms and atmosphere i a modern new building. Comfortable room, but a bit tight for a family of 4. Our daughter became ill so we had some cleaning to do, which the staff was as helpful with as they could. Great breakfast and good location close to the city center. The spa was phenomenal with views over Öresund and seeing the ferries come and go right outside.

Great location and amazing view!! The wellness area in the top floor is awesome with a sauna with great view, lounge and massage chair! Breakfast was also nice.

Location is good. It is a completely new hotel in a new city area. There is a sauna on the 12th floor free of charge. Breakfast comes with an outstanding view of the port and ships going to Denmark and back.

“Great location, nice breakfast - but very windy and somewhat slow internet.”

The sauna was fresh and always empty which made it a nice time for me to wind down in the late evening. The bed was big and comfortable and the hot water very hot.
