I didn't have huge expectations but I could have had them! The stay was amazing. We were welcomed by super friendly and kind employees, we got to a comfy room (even with kettle and some tea/coffee bags), tasty dinner that runs as a buffet which I find very environment friendly and it got even topped by an amazing breakfast (which surprised us with variety and quality of the food). We could easily check out the city leaving the luggage at reception.

The location is excellent, with many restaurants around and a very pleasant street. The staff is friendly, and parking is available. The bed was very comfortable, although the duvet was a little thin for this time of year. Breakfast is very basic, nothing special, but perfectly acceptable. The half board that is included is essentially a reserved breakfast, but as an option for some guests it works well enough.

We use the hotel quite often when visiting Helsingborg. The advantages are : central location, two meals included in the hotel price, spacy rooms, friendly staff and ,of course, value for money.

Everything was fine, except the temperature in the first room, which was a bit cold. We complained and were moved to another room with slightly better temperature (although not yet as warm as we would have wished). The breakfast was fantastic. Location is just five minutes away from the train/bus/ferry station.

Amazing location, close to the centre, main stations and we can walk everywhere. The staff was fantastic, made us very comfortable and gave us a lot of tips about the city and neighbours. The room has enough space for 2, the shower is comfortable and clean.

The Staff are Great. Helpful and very friendly. The free Netflix and other TV options are a nice touch.

Also booking went out twice…..no problem to cancel second room. Perfect attitude and superb service. Thank you.

Position of the room

The location is great. Right near the central station and beautiful park. The heart of the city is also 5 min away.

Room was basic but comfortable enough. Staff so friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Breakfast was superb!! Great value for sure.
