There was a kitchen ( but unfortunately no pots to Cook in).

It was very clean, bathrooms, bedroom, and kitchen were all simple but functional. The beds were nice, and the location was easy to find. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted them about bedbugs in the bed, but they never replied and I just checked out. It was the worst.

Overall the guesthouse is a welcome alternative on a stretch of the southern ringroad where it might be tougher to find something adequate. Off the main (ring)-road a bit, close to a busstation where you can get picked up by i.e organised tours to Landmanalaugar the communication and info worked well if you book at least a day in advance - on the same day it might be tricky as the business hours might interfere with transferring the necessary info to your email... (as it happened to a guest who didn' get the keycode for example - he got a confirmation but not the respective email - as he had booked late the same day - sth to organise even better I guess)

I don’t understand the low score. What more could you want than super easy checkin, proper kitchen and dining tables, clean bathrooms and cosy rooms? Compared to everything else available, this was great value. Me and my son loved this place.

“Nice stay”

The accommodation is very pleasant overall—warm, nicely decorated, with a kitchen and several tables, and clean bathrooms. Our room was a bit small for two adults with a baby, but it was fine. It had heating, was clean, and included a small sink.

A great little place for the cheap price. Quiet building, didnt hear other guests at all. Very nice common sitting areas and kitchen with good facilities. Nice restaurant within 200m. Tiny room with 2 single beds, but still good value.

“Problem solved”

When we arrived, we tried to check in our room which was already occupied by someone else. We sent a message via booking and they solved immediately the situation giving us an other room.

Cheaper compared to other places, but maybe spending a bit more money could be worth it. The room was small but okay.

Smell. It was bearable, but existence of smell in the bedroom is a quick mood killer.

No place for many lugagges , and the pods have not a very good isolation
