It's an quite cheap accomodation in the middle of icelandic nature. Basically it's a huge tent with smallet tent inside with air matress and with heating, so you are not cold during night and you are hidden in front of rain. If it's what you expect, you will be satisfied. We didn't meet the host, but they send us code to key box and the number of our tent in advance.

Its first time igloo experience and it was very interesting. We have been the only guest, but I can imagine, if all igloos are full, would be different experience. There are electric charges next to each igloo. There is tent, heating and inflatable bed in each igloo, small table and chairs, nice terrace. Very close toilet and showers, everything very well heated. Staff was very helpful, even that we arrived very late in evening. I guess, winter experience could be really fabulous.

It was very nice. I like idea with tent in Igloo. Location is also good if you want to go (And I believe that you will go :D) into Landmannalaugar (rainbow mountains)
