The radiator could not be switched off so the room got too hot. Overall the furniture was old.

A great place for a quick overnight stay while traveling and sightseeing, conveniently located close to Route 1. The beds were very comfortable, and the simple breakfast was tasty and made with fresh ingredients. Perfect for a short stop on the journey.

We were travelling with our baby and got a complimentary upgrade, which was really appreciated. The hotel, the room, the amenities, the breakfast were excellent. Special shout out to the staff which were absolutely amazing.

The hotel is basic but it does the job perfectly. Everything in the room worked exactly like it should, and the temperature was spot on — no freezing or overheating. The breakfast was actually super nice and way better than I expected! Plus, it was a total breeze getting to the parking and the restaurant, which made things so easy.

Nice little hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms was warm, comfy beds, right by the main street. Restaurant has some nice dishes (at least what we ate was all really delicious - horse steak just yummy). Breakfast had enough options to fill the batteries for the day. Would definitely stay again here.

“Great location with large rooms and breakfast included is a bonus”
Great location to explore the south coast of Iceland. Breakfast had great choices and friendly staff. The exterior of the building is deceptive as the rooms are spacious and very quiet. Dinner is great value and our waitress Claudia was really friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here
