A quiet place. Unfortunately, we had counted on having dinner there, but the restaurant was closed. The room was warm.

The very warm and kind welcome, the delicious food (best fish and ships we ever had), the music, the idyllic remote setting of the domes, close to a spectacular deserted black sand beach.

Everything about our stay at the glamping domes was great, the host was very friendly, the dog was adorable, the shower room was great there was fresh towels available in the toilets there was flannels available, cotton ear buds, cotton pads and sanitary products which I thought was all a lovely touch and all clean. There was a kitchen which had a microwave, fridge and kettle with some bits to make a coffee or tea which also came in handy. In the domes I was dreading being cold as I'm quite a cold person however when we got in there there was a heater that had been on and I sat on the bed and there was heated blankets on the bed! I was over the moon it was so cosy and the best part was there was 2 individual ones so my husband could turn his off. The view was great I was so cosy, there's wifi available in the dome however I didnt even connect to it after a long day walking i was more than happy to relax watching the view all clean and cosy in my pj's. The owner is building new domes which are going to be en suite rooms which Is a great idea ...not that it made a difference to us anyway we still absolutely loved our stay! Thank you so much!

There is a lot of love in the decoration of the dome, the heated beds are lovely, and the shower and toilet are also very lovingly equipped, clean and nice. It's not so remote as you would think, you actually look on a construction site, but we still liked it quite a lot, listening to the birds. Since we came in spring, you have to close the blinds to sleep, but it was still lovely to look out into the distance before bedtime.

“Unacceptable unsafe conditions for paying guests”

The images shown on the Booking.com page did not accurately reflect the condition of the dome we were allocated. Upon arrival, it appeared to be unfinished and resembled an active building site with many safety concerns. We were refunded for our stay after receiving completely rude messages from the staff accusing us of trying to ruin their business, telling us we stayed in the wrong dome ( although we had the key to open the door along with the heating and lights being on ). Leaving this review so other paying guests are not subject to the conditions we stayed in.

Wonderful experience and stay, the staff were amazing!

Cabin was cute and just like photos. Bed was nice and warm with heated undercover.

The dome itself was perfect. Comfy bed, warmed up with lots of heaters, place to store wet boots, wifi and lots of plug sockets. I proposed to my partner in the dome and the chef brought out a beautiful dessert to congratulate us which was very kind. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating and the restaurant / bar area is extremely cosy (in a good way, not a small way)

We had a lovely stay and recommend it. The landscape with the scattered domes was beautiful both during the day and at night, when the domes were lit up. It would have been ideal to see the northern lights as well, but unfortunately we weren’t lucky enough. Still, it felt very cosy inside the domes at night, listening to the wind outside. The heating inside the domes was sufficient, and the beds were warm and quite comfortable. Of the domes we were assigned, one had a private bathroom while the other had access to a shared one. Both bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The co-owner and also chef at the Barn Restaurant, who welcomed us, was very kind, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The staff was polite, and the chef prepared delicious dishes.

The domes are really cozy, and perfect for aurora watching if you get the weather. There’s a great vibe in the on site bar/restaurant too.

The domes were everything we expected them to be. It was warm and welcoming. The dinner we had in the onsite restaurant was worth every Krona. Plus we had an amazing view of the Northern lights too.
