For us we only sleep in the hotel, it was clean, comfortable, staff were great, location was fantastic Rooms were clean it was perfect for 3 adult friends to explore this fabulous little town, very friendly place

“Comfy room close to "Bavarian" town”
Clean and tidy room. Close to town so it was easy to explore without moving the car. The town is very unique and there are lots of restaurants around. The town is definitely a bit of a tourist trap but it's fun for one night. The bed was very comfortable.

“Very enjoyable in a very cute town.”
The property is beautiful, in German style to match the rest of the town. Amenities were nice. Location is great, walking distance to everything. We requested to be moved due to a large family with kids jumping on beds after 10pm on the other side of the wall. We were immediately moved and enjoyed a quiet room sooooo much!! Beds were comfy, shower with good water pressure. So clean! Parking lot safe and convenient.

“Excellent”
The room was very comfortable, it had everything you needed. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. The hotel is located next to Helen, so, you can walk there, and in front of the hotel is the Georgia Mountain Coaster, so you have a good attraction there for you to have fun.

The staff at the SureStay Helen GA were excellent and the location of the hotel was awesome. It was central to everything and within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shopping and a really cool themed town. The breakfast was very substantial.
