Overlooking the River Kymi, this hotel is 1 km from central Heinola. It offers rooms with a private balcony or patio, as well as an on-site spa and relax area. “Good price/quality ratio, great location next to lake and heinola downtown”
Breakfast was better than typically in similar SPA Hotels. Location is great, close by Heinola "downtown" and it's restaurants. Decent walking trail options around hotel. SPA it's was clean and well maintained, Outdoor resting area next to lake swim area was great at sunny day, A la carte was great (options + quality + pricing)

“Nice quiet hotel with great lake views and beautiful spa/sauna.”
Very peaceful hotel on the lakes edge. Very good Spa area and a useful gym. Friendly staff. I would like to add that it is slowly time for the rooms to be updated with a more modern bathroom and bedroom etc but I suppose then the price would need to go up!. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay here and can recommend this hotel.

Location is great. Spa was better than expected and very relaxing. Great steam sauna, pools and possibility to swim out in a lake. Nice lake view from the room.

A somewhat standard spa hotel right on the waterfront, but standard in a good way. I didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that. Friendly personnel, modern clean room with a balcony viewing the waterfront, peaceful surroundings, good breakfast, parking. All well!

Everything! The staff was very professional. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was very delicious. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious closet. The spa was absolutely relaxing.

Restaurant food, although expensive, was very tasty. I am surprised there is tasty food in Finland. For example, all food in helsinki taste bad, but this hotel restaurant had flavorful food made with quality. Spa was perfect. Very appeasing to eyes and able to go out into lake for a cold dip. 4 different sauna.
