“Cute modern apartment in historical setting”
A modern little apartment in a very nice historical location. It's very quiet and you can hear the birds. The little kitchen had all the utensils we needed. A few coffee pads, liquid detergent and a brush were good additions. Also nice there were some candles. Blens is a very nice town albeit not much to do. It's a good base to travel around the Eifel.

It’s a lovely and authentic place in a beautiful region. There is a lot of space around the building to have a sit in the sun

“Terrible, poor hospitality, unwelcoming and uncomfortable”
Very rude staff and owners. As soon as we arrived, they were very rude, no hospitality or even welcoming. Had an airy feel about it. They insisted we booked two rooms, took 1hr to check in and after speaking to booking.com who advised only one room was booked, they kept insisting to pay additional fees. There was a clear error from the booking system but they couldn’t even recognise it. The rooms were overly hot with no fan offered, beds super uncomfortable, hospitality non-existent.

“If you want to explore the Eiffel, and also want a nice place to stay, this is the place to go.”
A very beautiful and historic carré to be in. Very tidy, super clean and modern appartment with a good bed, well equipped with a good kitchen suitable for cooking, and a good bathroom. Not too small. The price is good, I like the firm and Germanic way we were treated. You feel safe while sleeping and staying. It is pretty central, there is plenty to be seen by car.

“Wonderful stay in nice, clean apartment on great location.”
The host was really kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent; lovely village with lots of green and birds; it was wonderful to sit on the terrace in the evening. The apartment was great; very clean, enough space for the 2 of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. Especially the beds and shower were wonderful!! Enough room to park our two motorcycles dry and secure. Supermarkets and cafeteria/restaurants are close by in Heimbach and lots of opportunities for walks or drives in the area. Would surely recommend and would love to come back.
