The breakfast was a great positive surprise. Top notch. Freshly baked bread. Scrambled of very good quality made fresh. No prefab there. Very nice laid up and good selection of breakfast items.

“Nice stay as stop-over travelling from Sweden to Germany”
Late check-in was explained on the phone and by email and the breakfast wishes discussed for the morning after arrival because there weren't enough guests to open the breakfast buffet. Nice and easy service and they gave me a quick call that I had left something behind in the fridge

“Pleasant stay close to the harbour”
Historical Building close to the Sailing boat harbour - 2min to the Old Town & 10min to the beach. Staff was friendly and overall the stay was pleasant but not exceptional.

this hotel is in the centre of Heiligenhafen and you have walking distance to all there is to enjoy. Rooms are very comfortable with good beds, we enjoyed a room with balcony overlooking the harbour. Breakfast is standard, nothing special but you find what you need, with some scramble eggs, bacon and salmon. The staff is very helpful and an extra pillow isn’t a problem. They need to be more updated on what’s going on in the town, we almost missed the Christmas Market when we asked and was informed “next week”, still the market was there and we really enjoyed it. We recommend this Hotel 😀👍

Very kind personal. Tasteful breakfast. Great location in the middle of everything and almost in the harbour. Our room was paceful and quiet. The free parking was great.
