“Nice stay”
Hotel room was nice, it was sizeable. Great location, in the centre of Centre Parcs where all the facilities are. Aqua mundo was really fun and already included in the room price. Breakfast buffet as well within the room price. There was enough choice to start the morning.

We were not met, absolutely no one from the administration met us, and we were forced to look for our room for more than an hour, drive through the forest and drive through this park, we asked random passersby, “Where is our room?” and everyone threw up their hands, so our vacation was very much ruined.

“Great swim-stay-over!”
We had a great stay and could use all facilities of the swimming pool and indoor Jungle. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the room was spacious and well equipped.

There was no microwave oven to warm food for itself. Further the local visitors at the park seems to be aggressive thier way of staring at me or other people who looks foreigners not Europeans or white. Because of my brown skin i feel not be welcomed. May be i will never come again or suggest any non european to visit that place.

We stayed at a hotel that is in the same building as the aqua park. The rooms are pretty decent, but basic. We liked the proximity of the aqua park and restaurants. The territory of the complex is also very nice with lots of entertainment.

“Beds were good”
On check in we was told breakfast was included however this was not the case and we had no way of getting a breakfast before we had to leave for an excursion. The coffee machine in the room did not work, there was a kettle but no instant coffee. We were on a different floor to the other room in on our booking we had requested to be near.

“Good for a swim.”
The ability to use the site facilities on the days of arrival/departure before/after checkin/checkout was great. We got there an hour before our room was ready and immediately went for a swim. The swimming pool was amazing, good slides and an interesting section with fish tanks visible when you dived down. The room was large and comfortable.

“Very comfortable and convenient for our location.”
Location was perfect as we were travelling with a large group most of whom were stay in the cottages onsite. Staff friendly. Reception stored our luggage as we were leaving later in the evening. Rooms were fabulous.
