“Castle View and Great Parking”
It is in a great location, and is perfect if travelling by car. The hotel is essentially like a slightly upmarket budget hotel with fairly basic but comfortable rooms, few frills, but a decent breakfast and friendly staff. There is a good outside terrace with great views of the castle.

“Great location and an enjoyable stay”
Our room was clean with an amazing view of the Heidelberg Castle. The staff upon checking in were incredibly helpful and informative to assist us, with ideas of sights to see and do during our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of options. We drove our car into Heidlberg, and the car park and hotel were easy to find.

“Good hotel in wonderful location.”
Excellent location with lift direct to old town and car park. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast with dishes promptly filled. We had the grand deluxe double room which had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine - brilliant! Lovely views of the castle from our room and the general terrace.

Great location below the Heidelberg Schloss. Beautiful view from the roof terrasse/breakfast area to the surrounding historic Heidelberg cityscape. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

“Great half day stay and an unique opportunity to get quickly to the Heidelberg Castle”
The location is absolutely perfect, as the hotel is located in the same building as Heidelberger funicular railways, which will bring you quickly to the Heidelberg Castle and further - to the view point with absolutely magnificent view. Plus, you will have quick and easy access to the old city and many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel is very friendly and making you feel like a family guest. Staff is nice and helpful. Great value for your money

“Bed and breakfast feel with convenience of a hotel”
Very quiet and beautiful part of Heidelberg. It is so convenient to get to the funicular and the other sights of Heidelberg. I liked the bed and breakfast feel of the morning meals. The staff were all lovely and helpful.
