“Fabulous, clean and modern.”
Fabulous clean and modern apartment which has been well designed. Great location, steps from the tram to connect you to the rail. Bakery, pharmacy, restaurants close by. Comfortable bed, good sized shower and well equipped kitchen, although you will need your own supplies of tea, coffee etc. Lovely friendly front desk attendant. Fabulous Italian restaurant right opposite.

“This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.”
I arrived at the hotel yesterday as scheduled, only to be informed that due to a system issue, the hotel had not received my reservation, and all rooms were fully booked. Despite having a valid confirmation from Booking.com, I was left without accommodation and had to urgently find and pay for another hotel at the last minute. This caused me significant inconvenience and stress.

“Overall really good. I arrived super early and they were kind of not to allow me check in early and even gave me a free”
It was super clean and tidy. Also glad to find a place where there was an inbuilt AC especially with the heat in Heidelberg.

I really liked that you get a whole little apartment: cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is great, the tram and bus stations are just across the street.
