Everything about the house was amazing. Lots of space, beautiful views and had everything you needed. Would be great for a small family reunion as there is a communal kitchen, bathrooms, pizza oven, hall and play area for kids.

Loved the peacefulness and fresh air. Our host was excellent. If you are a gravel/dirt road lover this is the place for you. Enjoyed Grootvadersbosh, Barrydale, Stillbaai, Vermaaklikheid and Puntjie all accessible via dirt/ gravel roads. Beautiful scenery.

Stunning place if you want to wind down, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Private and feels safe with lots of animals around and beautiful mountain views. Loved the interiors and everything you would need from a self catering unit is available. Will definitely be back. Thanks Jan

“Farm stay with great views”

Would highly recommend this gem of a relaxing farm stay! Easily accessible by car via a dirt road, great views, a comfortable and well equipped home away from experience for our stop over to the garden route. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, showing us around the property and making sure we're settled in nicely. We will definitely be back for a longer stay to enjoy all the farm has to offer.

Peace and tranquility. Definitely a place to visit if you want to recharge and soak in the natural beauty of the farm and breathtaking landscape. The facilities are superb, staff are ver friendly and the location is great. The wood fired hot tub is an absolute treat, pizza oven, braai...everything is planned around comfort and peace.

“AMAZING”

One of the best places we have been, easy to find, very well equipped, there is nothing that I could say, oh I should have brought this or that. It is modern and clean, we stayed in the house closest to the dam, it was great, we used our SUP board, but there are canoes a boat and life jackets available. Everything is close together. And most important it is pet friendly. The kolkol was amazing, never knew it was so easy and quick to heat up. The pizza oven was also so much fun. A play area with trampoline which the kids loved. And the farm animals also a great experience. You will not regret staying here. The owners such a lovely couple! We will be back soon!

What an amazing experience! The perfect blend of luxury and farm life. From soaking in your private hot tub with its majestic views of the valley and mountains to making and baking your own pizzas. The accommodation was beautiful and clean inside and out. No expense has been spared in furnishing the house with good quality items. We were even given fresh farm milk, eggs and some of Jan's self-made braai wors. When he found out that our dog got to the wors before we did, Jan happily offered to give us another bag! In summary: beautiful accommodation, perfect location and a friendly, helpful host. We will certainly be back!

No need to bring Anything. Exceptional host who even gave us some of his homemade farm sausage to braai. We loved the pizza oven too.

Located on a farm, the unit is absolutely lovely.
