“Perfect”
Everything, the size of the spotless rooms and the excellent staff. The breakfast room is well stocked and spotless. The outside areas are perfect to sit quietly in the tree lined area.

Really helpful staff and beautiful room! We really enjoyed that our dog was allowed to come to the hotel. The breakfast met all expectations; really enjoyed it!

“A quiet and luxurious stay”
This hotel is wonderful in every way. The staff showed thoughtful consideration and were extremely kind. The upgraded room was spacious, had a lovely atmosphere, and was very quiet. The restaurant served delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. We stayed here to send our kids to ski lessons at SnowWorld. It's very close, just a 10-minute drive. We'd love to come back again.

“Had a great time with excellent room and facilities”
We travelled to see friends and the hotel was only five minutes from their apartment, we received an immediate upgrade on arrival which added to the really enjoyable stay and the room facilities were excellent

“Great staff”
I forgot to turn off the engine when I parked and checked into the hotel! Later that night, the hotel staff messaged me to let me know that a security team member noticed my car was still running with the lights on. They kindly turned off the engine and informed me. When I saw the message the next morning and went to check the car, everything was perfectly fine. Nothing was missing or damaged. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their help! Also, I loved the sauna in the room. Good idea!

During check-in, I was surprised by the attitude of one staff member (Bjorn) , which made me feel quite unwelcome. When I asked whether my booking included breakfast, the response was not very friendly. Unfortunately, our luggage was delayed for three days, so we requested basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. As this is a 4-star hotel, I expected a basic set to be provided complimentary, but instead we were charged €9 for a simple toothbrush set, which felt unreasonable. Aside from this experience, everything else was good. Other staff members were polite and friendly, always smiling. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for five people. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience and handling of basic amenities could be improved.

“Great!”
Good hotel, nice staff. Great with little kids; very clean and comfortable. Short drive to Valkenburg and away from the hustle/ bustle. Good breakfast too.
