The house is indeed an imposing historical building with plenty of space for a larger group. We were there with a total of 4 adults and two children and found everything we needed for our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and is occupied by the landlords (as long as it is not rented out to holidaymakers). The house is lovingly furnished and invites - not only in rainy weather - to a cosy stay. The location was perfect for our needs: situated between Amsterdam and the North Sea, with a beautiful nature park directly adjacent to the property. Both the journey and the excursions we undertook without any problems (without a car) by public transport or bicycles. The landlords are a very friendly and helpful family who ensured a trouble-free stay.
