The place was clean and had everything that we needed for self catering. Enough seating for a group of six. The owner was available to assist. I really loved how the owner communicated to us. He provided information all the time, just to make sure we comfortable.

This was my second stay at this property and I loved it just as I did the first time. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities that I needed. The host was easily contactable and responded quickly to my questions.

The house is beautiful and very clean. We were allowed to use their cooler box and picnic basket for our game drive, we packed our food and drinks. Our driver was there 30 minutes early. The swimming pool is near the house. We saw monkeys and warthog just outside the door.

Sveni lodge was a very comfortable and tastefully decorated house. Well equipped with everything one should need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Very good quality utensils and new appliances. It is not located on the river but near enough to walk there.

It is absolutely magical to stay at Sweni lodge in the beautiful African bush. It is peaceful and quiet. We also enjoyed fabulous game drives with LeoVantage Safari's and the most knowledgeable guide, Dave. Amazing to experience the splendor of Africa, only a few hours' drive from Johannesburg. Our host, Glen, is friendly, helpful and proactive. We were always informed and felt very welcome. A stay we can recommend any day.

Absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated house with everything you need . Great attention to detail, including a packed picnic basket.cooler boxes and a well equipped kitchen. Glen was a brilliant host, ensuring a smooth check in, as well as documenting all information you need to make your stay comfortable. He organised our game drive with Mohletsi - who was brilliant. His knowledge of the bush and wildlife is second to none!

The place is magical! The house surrounded us with African warmth and comfort. Nowhere else have we seen such a richly detailed environment. The reality even surpasses the photos of the cottage. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night.

The place is serene and quiet, and you only hear birds singing, and warthog visited us on our breakfast time. The crockery and cutlery were very good and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. The bed on the main bedroom was so plush and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable and nicely decorated. In mornings and at the end of the day, we really enjoyed the patio and firepit. The only thing that will make it better is when the bridge into Kruger is operable.

Sweni lodge is fantastic and felt like home away from home.
