Property double charged me and now is not replying to the booking agents - so for weeks I’ve been waiting on a refund & they won’t reply to the booking.com agents. This is creating an issue that will take a long time to rectify. There were a bunch of issues at check in with them refusing to acknowledge that I paid through booking.com.
