“Terrible service”
Bad service, rooms were not ready at check in time, still had to wait even if I checked in 3 hours after the supposed check in time. I was given the keys to my room even if the cleaner wasn't finished. I had to wait in the room for 10 additional minutes for the cleaner to finish the bathroom. Staff even cancelled my booking without my knowledge even if they took my payment. Hot water showers lasted for just 5 minutes before going cold. I can accept most of the conditions except the service. Also people kept shouting in the halls in the late night and early morning which was so loud when I tried to sleep.

Great value and comfortable room. The restaurant was not in the main building and was of reasonable quality for the location and super staff
