“A very spacious and comfortable room in a beautiful garden venue, a perfect base!”
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The curtains were very effective at minimising road noise and light, making for a very good nights sleep. The grounds are lovely, a beautiful garden setting! A perfect base for exploring Healesville and surrounds.

It was a home away from home. Clean, lovely,, quiet and welcoming. We got upgraded and the car had a garage. This was a wonderful experience and the host went above and beyond. If you see this place available, book and stay. I had one of the bed nights sleep.

“A beautiful relaxing stay, definitely will do it again”
I loved staying at Yarra Gables because it’s peaceful, cosy, and perfectly located in the heart of Healesville. The room was beautifully presented, the gardens are relaxing, and it has that welcoming country feel that makes it easy to unwind. It’s close to wineries, cafes, and everything the Yarra Valley has to offer, which made the stay feel like a little getaway escape.

We had a wonderful getaway here. We were booked in to a family room but during check in Ralph very kindly offered us an upgrade to The Lodge, a standalone house at the back of the property. Wow is an understatement! The house was so well appointed, very modern and very clean. Super comfy bed, a portacot provided for bub and spacious bathrooms. The whole property looks immaculate and it's clear that there is great pride taken in looking after such a historic property, with beautiful little gardens throughout. It's only a short walk to several great wineries in Healesville's industrial precinct, and then another short wander into town.
