“A slice of haven”
Location location location! I LOVED looking out over the lush, manicured lawn and tree filled landscape knowing the river was flowing through this peaceful scene. Great walk up to Donnelly's Weir takes you on a two hour stroll with varied scenery and levels of difficulty. You really feel like you're away from the madding crowd (I was there at 7am). I was lucky to bump into lovely Sharon the host, and we shared our passion for infrared saunas (why I booked this place) and she showed me her spectacular edible garden. The raspberries were so delicious plucked plump and warm off the vine. Can thoroughly recommend this experience. Make sure you take time to sit in the hammock and just be.

“Relaxing, cosy and home away from home”
We were really pleased with every aspect of our stay. We appreciated the simple attention to detail of having the heater on when we arrived to the clean facilities it had. It had everything we needed for the two nights and we felt cosy and right at home. Also really enjoyed the quietness of the street and surrounding landscape.
