“Didn’t get to stay because of a system error and didn’t receive refund.”

Unsure who made the mistake, but between booking and this place we were told no rooms were available on check in despite already paying in full. Booking said no refund and hotel said no refund. Absolutely ruined my weekend away as we had to drive back to Melbourne.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Venue was very quiet for sleeping despite live band playing in the pub below (we were on the top floor). Clean comfortable beds and amenities. Great location for those visiting Healesville.

We loved that we had a room that could fit 5 of us! The beds were so comfortable, and the room was cozy. The bathrooms were just down the hall and were very clean. We were in the center of everything and the meals here were so good. The place has such a vibe especially on a beautiful day in the beer garden. The only things that would have given it 5 stars is that there was no wifi (kids complained) and the 3 floors of steep stairs to climb to the room. Not for the faint harted! Lol! The staff were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

just what we needed for an overnight stay in Healesville to attend the local picnic races and there was a nice coffee shop next door
