Excellent staff. The location is superb. Easy access to Santa Rosa airport. Many great shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. They've always made us feel like they wanted to take care of us.

“Very disappointed that the hotel has not reimbursed us especially since the room was so expensive.”
Our stay at the hotel was basically ruined due to the loud concert that played outside our room. Ms. Sheree Hererra promised us a $300 credit through Booking but we have still not received. I have contacted the hotel regarding this matter several times and each time they promise to issue the credit, Can you help us?

Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Complimentary wine tasting when we arrived which was a bonus! Such a lovely stay. The hotel is so clean and peaceful.
