No breakfast. No indication when booking that hotel was split between BW and The Lodge, the latter being more comfortable rooms as I knew from a previous stay.

The room was super clean and well appointed, the property was great, location also really good. We walked to Healdsburg Square, 20 minutes, lovely.

Clean, good cleaning staff, air conditioning, lots of hot water, large rooms, comfy beds, safe, coffee maker + coffee, fridge, toiletries, iron, ironing board, tv, parking. Safe and secure doors. Small pool. Basically a v good motel, quiet, yet near Route 101
