We had such a lovely stay at Bergdale Cottages. The place was spotless, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it perfect to unwind and recharge. One thing that really stood out was the WiFi it was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus. Everything about our stay felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Bergdale Cottages to anyone looking for a clean, tranquil, and beautiful place to stay. Everything! Pleasant staff, ambiance, neat n clean unit. From airfryer to airdryer. Every little thing was there. Will definitely recommend this place.

“Beautiful stay”

This is our 3rd time staying here and it is always really nice. It is clean, they provide everything you need in terms of cookware, crockery, towels etc. The staff is helpful and communicates well. It's a great distance from town and the Kruger gates. You don't feel like you are in the busy town, very peaceful.

Spacious, animals rooming around. Hospitality n quietness...

A great stopover before entering Kruger. Unit ideal after a drive from JHB. Spotless with great surroundings.

“Bergdale Bliss”

Bergdale Cottages was absolutely PERFECT. We left Pretorius Kop a day earlier than expected and decided to stay at Bergdale. SO GLAD we did. Extreme value for money, clean as a new pin, all the amenities, super comfortable and the lady that attended to us (Ashlynne) was 5 stars. There was a black impala ram, nyala, blesbok and a variety of farm animals that were lovely. Not to mention the bird life....

“Peaceful area”

The place is very peaceful, restaurants or grocery stores are nearby. Graskop is 40 min away, blyde canyon is 2 hrs and Kruger national park is 19 min away. The house was very spacious, kitchen has all the utensils. I like how every house has a fence it's so secured. There are animals (impala,horses,ducks and chicken) you can go all around the place for a peaceful walk and see the animals. Lastly the host was very nice, she gave clear instructions from the moment I booked to checking-in everything was smooth.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bergdale Cottages. The place was peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The cottage had everything we needed, and the contactless check-in process was smooth and convenient. The staff communication was also friendly and helpful.

My 4th visit and they never disappoint.

Location was close to Hazyview city center and Kruger Park Phabeni gate. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Liked the animals (Nyalas , impala) browsing on our doorstep.
