Dear whom this may concern. We are not happy with the stay with you.. The first thing that met us was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the whole apartment. This smell was especially strong in the bathroom, where it only got worse during our stay. The smell was so bad that we could not keep our clothes in there for drying, in case if ruining them with the smell. We tried to open all windows to get the smell out, but it didn’t have any effect. Also, we were planning for pizza Thursday evening, but the stove didn’t work. After trying to figure things out in the fuse box, we gave up and went out eating. When you pay nearly 1000kr for one night, one expect morWe ask for a refund. //Sofie and Martin
