Very occasionally you have an experience which touches you profoundly. Our stay with Fannia and Pelle was such an occasion. My husband and I booked what looked like a charming stay in the countryside. It was, but so much more.Not only did we have a stunning , light filled room with fabulous views, we were able to use the indoor/outdoor spaces allocated to guests for relaxation and socialisation. All of the rooms and spaces are decorated in fascinating detail and decor reflecting our hosts eclectic interests. But there is so much more….we were humbled by the warmth and generosity of our hosts, who are amongst the most charming people we have met. They were so welcoming, engaging and happy . And then there was the food….so delicious, fresh and carefully prepared and presented, it was exceptional.Rarely have we eaten so well. As it was midsummer when we stayed, we shared a meal with our hosts and two other guests who were also charming. Breakfast was a splendid affair, so much choice and again fabulous home cooking and locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast is available to non residents if you book. Evening meals can also be enjoyed even if you are not staying. Pre booking is essential. I should add that all of the usual compliments apply..cleanliness, warmth, comfort, facility. We were blest with glorious sunny weather and the long hours of daylight, which together with the midsummer event captured a magical moment in time and space. Profound thanks to our hosts for conjuring this for us.

Super modern rooms, fantastic breakfast! Super nice staff! Absolutely wonderful stay, we came for one night with bikes and this was one of the best accommodations during our bike trip around Gotland.

The room was spacious and had air conditioning. The food at the restaurant was spectacular. I particularly loved dinner, but the breakfast was great as well.
