Very nice place and personal very good and friendly. Good breakfast as well. Lies by the river which is a nice view and we grilled ny the river in evening. I Would recommend this place

Peaceful and quiet place to stay right by the E8 motorway. Good value for the money with very nice breakfast served to the room. Ideal place to make a refreshing pit-stop travelling by E8.

“Very peaceful location”
Lovely quiet location by the side of the lake. The room was spacious and very clean but quite sparse. The whole place felt like somewhere that groups of children would go for an weekend away from the city. As it was, there were only 4 couples staying there so it was very peaceful. There was a shared kitchen that was well equipped and there was also plenty of communal seating areas inside and outside of the main building. There were lots of books, board games and a piano in the main area. We loved sitting down by the lake watching the birds. We never saw a member of staff in the time we were there but there was a huge spread at breakfast so they must've been somewhere! The breakfast was very nice and a great start to the day.
