“Was greeted upon arrival by my host. With beautiful views of the hills around the apartment was a great size everything”

Location was perfect on route going north with the whole apartment on the ground floor very convenient for Parking Next To the apartment

When we arrived the host welcomed us and explain everything we needed to know. He showed a little path up to hill it takes around 30 minutes and you can enjoy the view from there. The room was brilliant you going to have everything you need including the views through the window. You can park there for free if you come by car

The house is really cozy and the view is amazing, and equipped with everything we need. Although we arrived very late and leave early for flight, it’s still a nice stay here. And host are really nice and provide support anytime we need

The host Svein is a great person, very helpful and nice. Our apartment had everything we could need to cook, sleep and charge our devices. The view on the fjord is amazing. Very quiet place. Wifi working perfectly.

The host and his wife are very warm and welcoming. Really love them. Apartment is equipped sufficiently and we do appreciate the complimentary coffee and oil and cooking spices & salt. Relatively easy to find after coming by the Lavik-Oppedal ferry. The view is spectacular and I love sitting at the dining table looking at the view.

“Friendly hosts, cosy basement apartment with exceptional views.”

The location was fairly remote, which was what we were looking for. We were only there for the night, so didn't use the cooking facilities, but it seemed OK equipped. The view from the deck is beautiful...took many photos. The hosts are very nice people and are very friendly. Mary even gave me some of her Tylenol when I was unable to buy some...everything is closed on Sundays.

This property was exceptional and the best by far during our week driving through country Norway. The hosts made it memorable and our stay very enjoyable by giving information about the walks close by. The fairy tale forest was an added bonus. A small kitchen and separate dining area with a view across the valley was lovely.

What an amazing view standing up on the patio or at the kitchen table! Svein, the host, is an absolute delight, and communication was good. Easy to check in as Svein lives above. The kitchen has most things - the bar fridge held the food we needed to keep cool. Location easy to find as just off a major road, with a Joker supermarket in easy walking distance. Very quiet, and we found it very relaxing. Parking free down the steep drive to the apartment.

A beautifully well appointed apartment. With a view that is amazing. We arrived in wet weather after a long motorcycle ride. Good communication and directions got us straight to the warm apartment
