“Lovely family, great food, reasonable”
Rajan and his family are lovely. Room very large. Great mosquito net which you needed. Good information. English ok, managed to get by with Rakshama(daughter) whose English is good. Lovely breakfast included. Good value for money. Evening meal reasonable at LKR310, tasty. Good location. Hosts have good knowledge to help with queries. Good shower.

Great overnight stay with Raj and his lovely family. Can certainly recommend his place if you’re passing through Hatton whilst doing the Pekoe Trail.

“Exceptional value and kind family”
This is a real homestay with a truly lovely family. I arrived quite sick from Kandy and they were very kind to take care of me, picking me up late from the train station and bringing me tea on arrival. Breakfast was very generous! The room and bathroom were very clean and peaceful. I slept so well here. It is a basic homestay but for what they lack in ammenities they make up for in heart. I wish I had more time in Sri Lanka so I could have stayed longer and adventured with the father and his tuk tuk. I will be back one day!

“Everything you need for couple nights stay”
Lovely family. Private room with two beds, mosquito net, cozy balcony and private bathroom. I got what I wanted for the breakfast (easy to communicate with lady host) Family can arrange tuk-tuk service. I think, considering the price and aporoach, it is a solid 9,5 from me rounded up to 10 🙏🏻 Thank you and all the best 🌸
