Located within 40 km of Gregory Lake and 32 km of Adam's Peak in Hatton, Niwasa House provides accommodation with seating area and a kitchen. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. They added a homely feel. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Lovely Homestay! I stayed at this beautiful place two nights, one before and one after doing Adams Peak. It’s located in a really calm and beautiful natural area of Hatton. The Railway station is just a 10 min walk away. The Host, his wife and his daughter made my time the most exceptional. They were so lovely, courteously welcoming me with a tasty cup of tea which is grown on their property’s tea plantations in the back of the house. From the veranda you’ll have a beautiful view on their tea plantation. They required a super delicious local dinner for me the evening I arrived. They arranged a scooter so I could drive to Maskeliya (Adams Peak) and back. They also provide excellent laundry service. The rooms were neat and tidy when I arrived. A good place to prepare yourself for adams Peak and have a nice rest afterwards. You won’t find a better opportunity to get to know the local life. Can highly recommend this beautiful Homestay to anyone who’s coming to Hatton or wants to do the Adams Peak.

Had the most amazing stay, the family was so lovely and beautiful. They gave me amazing Sri Lankan food and tea. The place is very quiet and has a beautiful tea garden out the back, they provide natural home grown tea. I strongly recommend anyone who is going to Adam’s Peak to stay here, your trip to Hatton will be amazing. Xx

Really nice place to stay after doing adams peak and really close to hatton train station so ideal location. The staff are very nice and the balcony is amazing! Loved the view over the tea plantation - this place was very special and peaceful. My favourite homestay I’ve stayed at so far.
