“Avoid this place at any rate”
completely drunk sports people in the hotel terrorised two floors, staff incapable of resolving the problem

Breakfast was fine, no complaints, reasonable considering the price paid. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Helped me to order in food from a local restaurant for lunch as their own restaurant hadn't open yet. and even put it on a plate and gave me cutlery.

“Excellent Hotel”
The hotel was excellent. Lene on reception was so helpful she went to so much trouble to book us a restaurant in the town which was quite hard as the Christmas Market was on, nothing was too much troble for her. A valued member of staff definitely an 11 out of 10 for her.

Very friendly staff, we arrived 2 hours before check in time and they prepared our room in 10 minutes. Good breakfast. Very spacious and clean room. Convinient location - in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes walking to the old town.

The property is well situated in a surprisingly pretty town. the lady in reception was superb when 5 tired motorcyclists arrived. she sat us outside in the sun, got us a beer each and brought the registration documents out to fill in and sign. absolutely superb

Very helpful staff, a welcome drink when we arrived and a good breakfast. We had a room with a kitchenette and sitting area, which was nice as Hattingen town is 20 mins walk away. It's always nice to have a kettle in the room!

“Quite Neighborhood”
The hotel is located in a nice quite neighborhood. The room was big, and the breakfast was very good with high variety. The city center Hattington is in walking distance. It a place that we would like to stay in the next time when we visit the area.
