This lovely retreat is nestled in a relaxed expanse of gardens and striking mountain territory. Contemporary décor and stunning views of the majestic Hajar Mountains from the rooms and public areas are highlights. It is located in the emirate of Dubai, about 90 minutes from the city and 10 minutes from the UAE border with Oman. JA Hatta Fort Hotel's spacious rooms and family rooms feature private terraces with garden and mountain views. Kayaks and pedal boats can be rented at Hatta Dam, which is 12 minutes away with access to additional hikes.

Nothing Official Complaint and Request for Refund & Free CancellationOfficial Complaint and Request for Refund & Free Cancellation Dear JA Hatta Fort Hotel Management, I would like to file an official complaint regarding my stay at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. I booked and paid for my stay starting on 28th May, with additional reservation dates from 29th until 31st May. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected from the JA brand. I have visited JA Jebel Ali many times before, and it was always an amazing experience. Based on that, I came to JA Hatta Fort with very high expectations. However, from the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. During the check-in process, the receptionist was unfriendly and spoke in unprofessional manner, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. In addition, the swimming pool area was overcrowded with children, and despite being hotel guests, we could not even find a single sunbed to sit and relax. Flights every single minute which couldn't sleep . Toliet Flash broken and full of water keep running after using it . Most importantly, at around 4:00 AM, my daughter entered the washroom and found a very large unrecognizable insect inside. She became extremely frightened, started screaming, and was deeply disturbed by the incident. This level of cleanliness and hygiene is completely unacceptable and caused us significant discomfort and distress. Due to these issues, we no longer feel comfortable continuing our stay at the property. Therefore, I request the following: Full refund of the amount paid for the stay on 28th May. Free cancellation of the remaining booking from 29th May until 31st May without any penalties or charges. Permission to check out by 7:00 AM today. I hope management will handle this matter seriously and resolve it promptly in a professional manner.
