We arrived in the afternoon and were told they had double booked all the rooms so we couldn't stay. We had travelled 2 hours to get there with a baby and still haven't received a refund 3 weeks later.

Accommodation and facilities are great. The manager assisting the bookings was incredible. During a very stressful time after the conflict with Iran/UAE. He handled everyone with care and attention, even when people weren't treating him the same in return.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Pronoy and Rizwan were amazing, helpful and polite! The place is amazing for people who love adventure and exciting things to do. My husband and I were super happy and the kids were beyond excited and loved every single activities! We will definitely come back! Thank u for this unique adventurous week end!

we took the dome with a thought that it is comfortable. in terms of double bed, there wasn't an issue but for the kids it was awful. moreover, the worst of everything is the sound of eth water pump that was on and off every 10 min. it is inside the dome and literally it's impossible to sleep...
