The check-in procedure was indicated to be open until 22:00, the restaurant was indicated to be open until 20:00. When I arrived at 19:00, there was no staff to be found. There was a machine to check in, which had a button to call for staff. When I tried it, the machine told me to go to the front desk, which was locked...

“A peaceful spot for solo travelers or couples visiting Miyajima and Hiroshima city.”
During check-in, the staff was available for help on the phone (in English and Japanese). The breakfast provided was ample. The rooms were clean and tidy. All basic amenities were provided. The heating was good, and the blackout curtains were useful since the window faces the East. The mattress and pillows were sufficiently firm. I was grateful for the spare chopsticks in the microwave room, as I had forgotten to bring my own! The drying area was useful after I got wet in the rain. Many hotels don't provide enough hangers and drying racks, so it was nice to have it here. The tram line, which is convenient to go around, is a few minutes walk away.

Reasonable view and relatively close to Miyajimaguchi. Good clean room, comfortable bed, fridge available and clean bathroom.
