It’s clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful, and especially Ali who helped me contact intercity bus company to confirm my preferred travel time. Everyone was so nice.

“Great hotel if you need to stay in the city center.”
But the inside of the hotel was quite comfortable. I didn't feel unsafe about the building itself. The staff is kind and very helpful. The breakfast was great. I would stay again.

“Only modern hotel in Antakya center”
Very attentive & helpful staff. I would like to single out Kemal who was the key person for a variety of services, from help with carrying the luggage through preparing my meal to serving breakfast and urging housekeeping to clean my room. Hygiene measures were in place to increase protection from Covid-19

“Excellent and responsive staff, personally involved of your well being.”
Buffet was closed due pandemic , but served food was delicious. Most local specialities were served daily, plus standard breakfast was available. Coffee is good. Architecture was modern and well planned to fit into the old city.
