I came with a big group 21 pax , I personally request for welcome drink and fruits they really provide how ever we arrive super late due to border clearance, but surprising they put in the the drink and food in our room. Location is very near with Central Hatyai and there’s 1 7Eleven almost done , we really appreciated with the hotel team and the room super comfortable.. 100% recommend to others

Staff very helpful and organize my time well. Got free shuttle provide by hotel to 3 location main attraction . I will repeat to use this hotel on the next visit if available. Park with free and no need reserve on site. Just walk away 5 mnit to central festival

Breakfast was poor for the price. The only chicken curry dish was not much. And they did not refill. That is the only main dislike.

The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus the room spacious👍👍👍 The location fantastic just a short distance from central festival, macro supermarket, Asean Bazar and many more ❤️
