This is my second time in this hotel. The room big, maintain clean and tidy. The staff still maintain friendly and helpful, can speak well English, help us bring our luggage until the room and tour the room how to use the air-conditioned, the mini bar water and the snacks are free to provide to us, and which places can park our car. They also provide thai words address to us so can easy us, if we want to take tuk tuk or taxi just show to drive bring us go back hotel,and provide the maps where can find 7-11 or foods. They really treat us very well. Will come back again when I come back to hatyai.

A quiet, trendy and hip place. The room was big enough, the bed was good, pillows were soft. The bathroom can be slightly bigger. Toiletries are special. Some local snacks were provided. Very thoughtful. The staff was friendly, and were very helpful with our luggages.

Staff is amazing and they even arranged for me the next leg of my vacation helping saving a lot of money. location, bed, the coffee shop, air conditioning, the decor and design. This is easily comparable to 5 star hotel in Italy. Thank you so much for making my stay a wonderful time. grazie! will come back

No breakfast available at Hotel or nearby, just coffee - I suggest to offer croissants, danish and sandwich - this should be possible with limited facilities

The room was very nice! Super comfy, very clean and tidy, and very spacious! The pillow was so fluffy and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful! Always with a smile on their faces and were always keen to help you. One time I left my phone in a grab, and the the receptionist there was very quick to assist me in retrieving the phone back. There’s a cafe attached to the restaurant and i think any of you who are planning to stay here should at least try one of their drinks. I tried the orange americano and it was out if this world! The price was also very affordable. There was also a 7 eleven within walking distance of the hotel. About 200 meters which is very nice and convenient. Great for you to enjoy the rarity of the products from the store. All in all, it was a very great experience for us! We will seriously consider staying here again if we ever coming back to Hat Yai.
