The Water heather are not function. Receptionist not polite, just because we didn't know their language its doesn't mean they have to said something rude. They talk to each other while mocking us. There is no iron in this hotel.

Check -in process was smooth and easy. The location, facilities, staff are all superb. Except for the iron. The hotel does not provide iron.

Probably bcs the location is so near to the lee gardenn n it just 5min walk..Infront of the hotel have the muslim chinese restaurant tht sell coffee for only 45tb which is the cheapest n the tasty ive ever drink in town n ofcoz the hotel is old fashion but the staff is very helpfull n alwys smile whenever ive issue with my booking earlier. Nothing to expct with this kind of offer but i do enjoy evrything they had offer..good job n well done..
