It is away from the bustling main road at Hat Yai - a quite and yet strategically place nearby good amenities/places like 7E, Big C, halal food, bike rental, Lee Garden, bus station and ktm station. Overall cleanliness is good - they provide towels, soap, shampoo and have a common area to fill up your water bottle and prep your food. If you are a muslim and have concern on the utensils just order a take away and eat in the packaging/container.

Ing was friendly and very helpful. She shared guidance and tips when we arrived there and even had a guidebook prepared for reference. The room is spacious, clean, and comfy on the 3rd floor. It's just that we're a bit tired going up and down the stairs since there's no lift, but there's a lot of massage place nearby to help. The location is also very strategic. It's within walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong market, and it's even on the same shop lot as the new Thanyada Village. Restaurants like Ayutthaya restaurant are only behind the homestay, so it's easy for us to travel around.

This Homestay was perfect for big family with children , there were 11 of us. Very clean and near to the city centre. Everything was within walking distance. Our host Ing is a very friendly person and made our stay easier by guiding us all the way till our last day of the trip. Will definitely come back to the same venue.

The room was very clean and comfy! The host, Ing is also super friendly and helpful! She prepared a lot of lovely notes and aesthetic decorations around the homestay, which is really cute! We had a pleasant stay over there.

Excellent location near to Lee gardens, to clock tower, to a lot of restaurants, massages, temples. The neighborhood very lively, very safe. Room and bathroom big with air con , free water. Common fridge and kitchen. Owner extremely helpful and smiling. We walked on foot for 35 minutes to the 3 main marhkets ( central festival, Asian, gardens away). Nice experience.

Location of the homestay was superb, only 5 minutes from Kim Yong market, Lee garden plaza...and the viral food places e.g kaitod decha, kaitod meena etc. The facilities are sufficient, it has a communal kitchen equipped with a fridge and microwave. Ing, the owner of the homestay was very pleasant and helpful. We had a great stay and might be going back should we revisit Hatyai in the near future.
