The room was spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. Since there are no lifts in the hotel, they will carry and send our luggages to our room, applies to checking out as well. We had a wonderful time here! Highly recommended!

This was not my first stay at Casa 33, and once again, everything was amazing. I absolutely love the hotel — from the room, ambience, and amenities to the exceptional staff. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had an incident where my husband accidentally left his phone in a tuk tuk. They stayed with us late into the night and went above and beyond to assist us until we were able to contact Grab HQ and reach the driver. We will always remember their kindness and dedication — they were truly incredible. I would definitely come back again for the comfort, hospitality, and wonderful experience.

The best bed in Thailand in a beautiful building. I loved the architecture and it’s worth staying here for this alone. The owners have worked extremely hard to bring it back to its former glories after the flood. Pool was lovely to use and refreshing after touring the city. Please come to Hat Yai as they need support of tourism again.

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The design of the hotel is beautiful and gives the place a very stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

Amazing stay! Staff was friendly and they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is spotless, everything is super clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy and soft too, making it hard to wake up in the morning :D

The staff were very welcoming and friendly from start to end. My room is on an upper floor and the staff helped carry my luggage upstairs. The room is exactly as in the pictures on their website; clean, aesthetically pleasing, large enough for one and very homely. I really appreciate the daily housekeeping. There is a cafe in front of the lobby which serves great coffee and your typical brunch food. There is a couple of laundromats and a 7-11 within walking distance. I also only realised too late that there is an adorable cat working on the premises. ^^

Hotel is small and clean, trendy design and friendly staff. I didn't realised the lady staff who on duty sunday about 9.30am, she was sweeping the floor at lobby but she over heard me and my friend discussed where to have hatyai fried chicken. She then give us a few suggestion and explain why she chooses that.
