Attempted scam of our deposit money, the hotel told us the room towels were missing and did not want to return our deposit money, when we told them we wanted to report to the police and had photo evidence, only then did the hotel return our money. very disappointed with this hotel

It was comfortable when we entered into the hall. Staff is friendly. Facilities provided such as swimming pool and gym room. Coffee packs was provided to the guests without any charges. Cleaned room and staff would prepare the additional water bottle and clean the room when you need. Everything okay.

Tucked in a nice corner, all attractions are easily accessible Nice shower Hotel staff responded within reasonable time on my credit card left in the room during checkout. Cleaning staff kept the credit card and I got it back without any issues No house keeping for one day but issue quickly resolved after informing the reception. Thumbs up to the team! Able to charge with 3 pin plugs
