Can't fault it, excellent on all levels, great communication with host, great off street secure parking. Most excellent breakfast and facilities. Very quiet location. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Hastings now 🥰

“Cosy , warm ,modern clean space with very comfy bed.”
Beautiful room,. It felt cosy and warm and very clean . Breakfast had toast and great variety of cereals as well as fruit, chocolate. There was a generous amount of milk & juice. They had thought of everything from fan, lamp, heater, fly spray, air freshener, shampoo, body wash etc. Bed was also super comfortable
