All suitable for stay over. Good to let my dog free. Lady was very accommodating.

No breakfast. I didn't even explore the kitchen facilities. A good shower. Also, I arrived in Hastings early and contacted the host, who sent me the access details. I had a very well set-up room with tons of space for one person. Great decor, and a heatpump.

Garage was spaced up for the pool table. Good for chilling not disturbing the other occupants of other rooms.

Welcoming atmosphere and homeliness.

The bed was comfortable. I liked that we were given shampoo and body wash to use. The bathroom was clean and was updated (new looking shower, bath and toilet area). Rooms could be locked and had a TV to use. Location wasn't bad, quiet street.

I had very restless night (only had 3 hour sleep) because of squeaky sound coming near the fireplace wall. I checked if there is any window open but it wasn't. I think it was coming through the ceiling.( sounds like two pipes rubbing). Everybody else enjoyed the stay that is why I gave 5 star . Nice & Clean.

“Cheap family place to stay”

Our room was huge, comfy and beautiful. Our kids room was just right for them too. The bath tub was nice and big. The garage had bikes for the kids to ride on, this was awesome as i had teenagers. It also had a pool table which we all loved and made our stay even more fun. We were out most of the day so it was definitely value for money.

Comfy. Easy access. Nice shower. Fan in the room as there is no aircon the room.

Property was fenced off for our 2yr old Rottweiler that came on our trip, she was friendly with other guests and was able wander around and do her own thing felt at home.

I've stayed here before as a solo traveller, and this time my partner and I stayed a couple of nights. The bed was comfy and our room was clean. The bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the hot showers. Check-in info was sent before we arrived and it made it easy to access our room. There's a kitchen with some utensils and pots/pans for your use, although these are limited, so I would recommend bringing your own.

I booked this accommodation thinking that "Shared" meant shared with the landlord/property owner. In actual fact we were expected to share a small three bedroom house with one small kitchen, one bathroom and toilet. One of the other guests also had a dog. As our dog was elderly and unwell this wasn't an option. I think it should be made clearer to people new to this concept what SHARED actually means.
