Lovely property in quiet residential area not too far from town. Great communication from the hosts on access to the accommodation. The vine etc was a nice touch and breakfast was inside the fridge and ample for our needs. When we had an issue with our mobile phone connection for our mobile service, they were helpful whilst we got it sorted.

Breakfast was great and the complimentary drinks in fridge were a welcome touch. Friendly host. Bed was comfy. Such a peaceful quiet place to stay

The location was easy to get to & perfect for my visit, with only a 15 minute walk to the new Hawkes Bay Aquatic Centre. Breakfast was all you could need with bread, spreads, cereal, fruit, fruit juice & yoghurt - ample supplies of tea & coffee. The bed was comfortable and the studio was clean. Leanne & Steve were welcoming and friendly, with great advice on how to get to the pools easily & where to go to watch the super Rugby final!

A lovely place, friendly host, the room was cozy, modern and everything you need. Location is great, quiet and Frimley Park is a short walk away which was perfect for my dog. I would definitely recommend.

Location. Very close to relatives we were visiting. Private, separate entrance, clean, well appointed. Fridge stocked with wonderful goodies, breakfast exceeded expectations.
