“It was fantastic!”
The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful, they did an amazing job :)! Excellent value for money. The location is perfect for those who use the train or bus as their main mode of transport. The breakfast is amazing. I had a wonderful couple of weeks there.

“1 night in Hasselt”
Very close to the train station to take the shuttle bus to Extrema festival. I had a big room (with 4 beds) all for myself. Great staff

Staff were amazing. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Thwy brought us the key to the restaurant we were dining in. My card couldn't be charged automatically, so they contacted me for a late payment and all was good.

“Okay stay in Hassslt. Friendly staff and good location, but pricey and not cosy”
Very friendly staff, nice location right at the train station and next to the city centre if Hasselt.

Serious security concern: I did not feel safe at night. My roommate was intoxicated and acting very aggressively/weirdly. The worst part was that the reception was closed, and there was no staff on-site to help or change my room. For a hostel, having no night security or 24/7 reception creates a vulnerable situation for guests.

“Nice and quiet environment”
Near to the Hasselt train station and bus station. Lockers in the room had keys and can be used by inserting a 2euro coin , which you can retrieve when locker is not in use. Clean sheets.

It was right beside the train station, super convenient! I had a bed, not a bunk in a bright airy room. The lounge areas were very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. In addition, they try to resolve any situation effectively and quickly. The bathrooms are spacious and have a good layout.

The location of the hostal is good. Very close to the train station. Moving to the center is very easy. Really nice the private parking for bike cycles.
