“It was disappointing. After spending a week there, I was happy to leave.”
Breakfast had a good selection.... but was a little bored after a week. Bed was comfortable. When my heating and hot water broke, there was 1 female staff member who was really kind. The room was fine, nothing great, but clean and comfortable... with the exception of the temperature which was way too cold.

“Very good experience, I would book it again”
The bedroom had enough space for 3. It has a decent shower that doesn't get the whole bathroom wet and the soaps are of good quality. Breakfast was excellent, with good options and the staff who prepared everything was really friendly.

“This review is for the main Holiday Inn - booking was changed from HI Express - so irrelevant”
Very nice hotel BUT not the HI Express - my booking had been moved to the large Holiday Inn further down the road! 24hr reception. Lovely Bistro. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Location good and shortish walk from the railway station and on the edge of the city centre.

Its spacious, clean and comfy. Near the shopping street and the metro. Staffs are super nice. Ning and Sharmaine🥰 specially. We had a wonderful stay. And the breakfast is amazing. My hubbys always looking forward to breakfast🤣🤣
